Territorialità e stagionalità sono i principi ispiratori della cucina Giu al Mulino. Prodotti di stagione, espressione di un territorio ricchissimo di tipicità. Riscoperta del pesce povero, della carne sana e delle verdure colte direttamente nell'orto. Sapori antichi e genuini, proposti in abbinamenti a volte inusuali che danno vita a piatti sorprendenti. Il vino è selezionato dalla proprietaria, Sommelier qualificata AIS, tra le proposte più interessanti sul mercato.
E’ possibile cenare all’interno della sala o all’esterno sotto il pergolato, e dopo cena salire in giardino per un momento di relax.

The cuisine is inspired to the territory and to the seasonality of food. The dishes are prepared exclusively with seasonal ingredients, and their variety is ensured by the particularly rich offer of these lands. Fish is selected among the local species which have long been disregarded by the fishing industry, although being well known in the traditional cuisine for their taste and nutritional qualities. The wines are selected among the most interesting brands by the landlady, who is a chartered AIS Sommelier.
The dinner is served either inside or on the outside patio. After dinner, it is possible to move to the Garden for after dinner drinks and beverages.
