"Ho sempre avuto l’ambizione di lasciare il mondo un pò migliore di come l’ho trovato, seguendo l’insegnamento di mio padre e di tutti i miei antenati. Restaurare e far rinascere il vecchio Mulino è, a mio avviso, un modo di onorare la memoria dei miei avi.
Ho 38 anni, una Laurea, un Master e 15 anni di esperienza nel settore della ricerca e formazione. Ma soprattutto ho sempre avuto un grande sogno.
All’inizio era un sogno, poi è diventato numeri, poi calce e muratura e oggi finalmente cibo e accoglienza."

"My ambition has always been to leave the world in a better shape than I found it, following my father and my ancestors lesson. The restoration and reopening of the old Watermill is my way of fulfilling this ambition in loving memory of my familiy. I am 38, I am a graduate with a Master, and I have been working 15 years as a professional formation manager. But more than this, I always had a dream. This dream then became figures, gravel and concrete, and eventually today cuisine and guestrooms”
